PENGARUH GROWTH, DFL, DAN ROE TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN PERTAMBANGAN BATUBARA DI BEI

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of variables i.e.: growth, degree of financial leverage, return on equity to the stock return through annual financial statement which have been prepared by the coal mining companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this research has been obtained by using purposive sampling method on coal mining companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012-2014 periods and 19 coal mining companies have been obtained based on the predetermined criteria. The dependent variable in this research is stock return whereas the independent variables are growth, degree of financial leverage, return on equity. The data analysis method has been done by using multiple linear regressions analysis. The result of the research shows that simultaneously growth, degree of financial leverage, return on equity have significant influence to the stock return. Partially, growth significantly has positive influence to the stock return, whereas degree of financial leverage and return on equity significantly has negative influence to the stock return.
