Abstract

This research is aimed to find out the influence of the work discipline, compensation and work environment to the performance of the employees at PT. Shelter Nusantara. The population is all employees who work at PT. Shelter Nusantara and 60 peoples have been selected as samples. The sampling technique has been done by using saturated sampling. The research instrument has been carried out by issuing questionnaires to all employees of PT. Shelter Nusantara. The hypothesis test has been conducted by using SPSS 21 version, the data tests which have been applied in this research are validity test by factor analysis, reliability test by Cronbach’s Alpha. The classic assumption test and multiple linear regressions analysis have been applied to test and to prove the research hypothesis.The result of the research shows that the model feasibilty tests indicate significant influence among work discipline, compensation and work environment to the performance of the employees at PT. Shelter Nusantara. The result of partial test shows that the variables i.e. work discipline, compensation and work environment has positive and significant influence to the performance of the employees of PT. Shelter Nusantara, and work discipline is the variable which has dominant influence because its partial determination coefficient is larger than compensation and work environment.
