Abstract

This research is aimed to examine and to analyze the influence of labor discipline and job satisfaction to the employee performance at Adi Husada Hospital in Undaan Wetan. The population is all employees of Adi Husada Hospital in Undaan Wetan Surabaya which is the company which engages in the field of health services. The sampling has been done by using simple random sampling method. The data has been collected by issuing questionnaires and 87 people have been selected as respondents. The SPSS 21st version has been applied in the data analysis and the examination of data has been done by using validity test, reliability tests and Alpha Cronbach. The result of model feasibility test indicates the significant influence between work discipline and job satisfaction to the employee performance. The result of the determination coefficient test (Rsquare) indicates adequate contributions. Meanwhile, the partial test shows that work discipline and job satisfaction have significant influence to the employee performance at Adi Husada Hospital in Undaan Wetan Surabaya and the variable which has dominant influence is job satisfaction because its partial determination coefficient is the largest when it is compared to work discipline.
