PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PT ROKOK ELEKTRIK ENAK SURABAYA

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyzed the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on the employees' performance at PT Rokok Elektrik Enak Surabaya. The work environment was measured through indicators of the physical and non-physical of the work environment. While work motivation was measured through indicators of the needs of achievement, needs of the power, and needs of affiliation. Moreover, work discipline was measured through indicators of goal and feasibility, exemplary leadership, remuneration (fee and welfare), justice, supervision attached, sanction and law, leadership firmness, and humanity correlation. Meanwhile, employees' performance was measured by indicators of quality, quantity, punctuality, effectivity, and independency. The research was descriptive-quantitative. Furthermore, the population. was employees at PT Rokok Elektrik Enak Surabaya consisting of 195 people. Additionally, the sampling technique used non-probability sampling with 66 respondents as the sample. The instrument of data collection technique used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed through google form to the employees of PT Rokok Elektrik Enak Surabaya. The research analysis research used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26.The result showed that work environment, work discipline, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees' performance at PT Rokok Elektrik Enak Surabaya.
