PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, PROFITABILITAS, DAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence company size, profitability and dividend policy have on company value in automotive companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research is a comparative causal research with a quantitative approach. The research population is automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling, namely selecting samples using predetermined criteria. Based on the purposive sampling method, a sample of 8 automotive companies was obtained. Research data was taken for 5 years, namely 2017-2021. The independent variables consist of Company Size, Profitability and Dividend Policy, while the dependent variable used is Company Value. This research uses multiple linear analysis methods with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the test results using hypothesis test analysis, the results obtained are that: (1) The company size variable has a significant effect on company; (2) Profitability has a significant effect on Company Value with a significant; (3) Dividend Policy has a insignificant effect on Company Value.
