Abstract

This research aimed to find out analyze the effect of work environment, work facility, and satisfaction on the employees’ performance (A Case Study at PT. Chrobinson Global Forwarding Indonesia). The research was descriptive quantitative. The data were primary. Moreover, the population was all employees at PT. Chrobinson Global Forwarding Indonesia. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all the members of the population were the sample. In line with that, there were 38 employees as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The result showed that the work environment had a positive but insignificant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Chrobinson Global Forwarding Indonesia. Likewise, the work facility had a positive but insignificant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Chrobinson Global Forwarding Indonesia. However, work satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Chrobinson Global Forwarding Indonesia
