PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT ODIFA JELAJAH DUNIA

Abstract

Higher employees’ performance is one of the requirements in achieving companies’ objectives. The process of fulfilling the objectives can be seen in the ways of companies in managing their qualified employees in order to increase the employees’ work. Some of the companies’ efforts were work environment, work discipline, and work motivation effects. This research aimed to find out the effect of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employees’ performance. Moreover, the population was 40 employees at PT. Odifa Jelajah Dunia. The data collection technique used census. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Additionally, the result showed that all variables (work environment, work discipline, and work motivation) were properly used as predictors for employees’ performance fluctuation. The determination coefficient level (R2) was about 0.530. It meant, the variables contributed simultaneously to the fluctuation of 53.0%. In addition, partially, both work environment and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. Meanwhile, work discipline had a positive but insignificant effect on employees’ performance.
