PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PERTAMBANGAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2018-2022

Abstract

This research aimed to find out how important the effect of good corporate governance of Mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018-2022. The research was causal-comparative with a quantitative approach. Moreover, the data were secondary in the form of companies’ financial statements. The population was 51 Mining companies listed on IDX. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with that, there were 6 companies as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) 26. The result of the t-test concluded that managerial ownership had a positive and significant effect on the firm value (PBV) of Mining companies for 0.000. However, the audit committee had a negative and insignificant on the firm value (PBV) of Mining companies for 0.559. In contrast, the commissioner board had a significantly positive effect on firm value (PBV) on the firm value of Mining companies for 0.004.
