PENGARUH PELATIHAN, KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN FASILITAS KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT KAI

Abstract

The research aimed to find out the effect of training, financial compensation, and work facilities on the employees’ work productivity at PT. KAI (Persero) Operation Area 8 Surabaya. Training was measured by training objectives, lessons, methods applied, participant qualifications, and training qualifications. Furthermore, financial compensation was measured by salary and benefits. Then, work facilities were measured according to interests, optimizing the ability to get work results, easy to use, increasing the speed of the work process, and placing correctly. Moreover, the employees’ work productivity was measured by ability, increasing work results achieved, work enthusiasm, self-development, quality, and efficiency.The research was descriptive-quantitative. The population was 204 employees of PT. KAI (Persero) Operation Area 8 Surabaya. The data collection technique used simple random sampling and the Slovin formula. In line with that, there were 67 respondents as the sample. The instrument was questionnaires, which were distributed to respondents online with Google Forms. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the SPSS 26 version.The result showed that training, financial compensation, and work facilities had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ work productivity at PT. KAI (Persero) Operation Area 8 Surabaya.
