ANALISIS PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN ROKOK YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of financial performance on thefirm value of the Cigarette companies
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange(IDX). Moreover, the research was quantitative. The population was 5
Cigarettecompanies listed on IDX. Furthermore, the data collection technique usedpurposive sampling. In line
with that, 4 companies fulfilled the determined criteriaas a sample. The data were secondary in the form
ofcompanies’ financialstatements. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linearregression
withthe SPSS 26 version.The result showed that Debt to Equity Ratio had a positive and significanteffect on
thefirm value of Cigarette companies. Likewise, Return on Equity had apositive and significant effect on the
firmvalue of Cigarette companies. On theother hand, Quick Ratio had a positive but insignificant effect on the
firmvalue ofCigarette companies. Similarly Total Asset Turnover had positive but insignificanteffect on the firm
value of Cigarette companies.
