Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of work environment, work discipline, and work communication on the employees’ performance at PT. Dinamika Global Nusantara. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used a saturated sample. The population was all employees of PT. Dinamika Global Nusantara, consisting 35 people. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions with the SPSS program. The result showed that independent variables which were work environment, work discipline, and work communication, had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Dinamika Global Nusantara. Additionally, based on the determination coefficient result it showed that (R Square) was 0.823. These indicated that work environment, work discipline, and work communication had affected the employees’ performance by about 82.3%. On the other hand, the rest of the 11.7% were affected by other variables which did not observed in this research.
