PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, KOMPENSASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT POS KEBON ROJO SURABAYA

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of work discipline, compensation,and work satisfaction on the employees’ performance at PT. Pos Kebon Rojo Surabaya. The type of research carried out is quantitative. The population was all employees who worked at PT. Pos Kebon Rojo Surabaya. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling (census). Saturated sampling are used to determine the type of respondent and use the entire population. In line with that, there were 40 employees as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique usedmultiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The result showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Pos Kebon Rojo Surabaya. Likewise, compensation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Pos Kebon Rojo Surabaya. Similarly, work satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Pos Kebon Rojo Surabaya.
