Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of work environment on the employees’ performance, work motivation on the employees’ performance, and work discipline on the employees’ performance at CV. Putra Libra Surabaya. The research was quantitative with descriptive methods. Moreover, the population was employees of CV. Putra Libra Surabaya Surabaya. The data were primary obtained directly from employees of CV. Putra Libra Surabaya. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling because all members of the population participated as samples. The instrument used questionnaires, which were distributed to 35 respondents. The data analysis technique also used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23.0. Based on the classical assumption test result, it was found that there was no deviant variable. Additionally, the result of the classical assumption test concluded that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at CV. Putra Libra. Likewise, work motivation had a significantly positive effect on the employees’ performance at CV. Putra Libra. Similarly, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at CV. Putra Libra. Similarly, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at CV. Putra Libra Surabaya.
