PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, INSENTIF, DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN CABANG JUANDA

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of work environment, incentive, and motivation on the employees’ performance of the Social Security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan), branch of Juanda. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was employees of the Social Security, branch of Juanda which consisted of 36 people. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The questionnaires were distributed to the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, hypothesis test, and t-test with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25 version. The result concluded that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance of the Social Security, branch of Juanda. Likewise, incentives had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance of Social Security, branch of Juanda. Similarly, motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance of Social Security, branch of Juanda.
