PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PT ANGKASA PURA I

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of communication, motivation, and work discipline on the employees’ performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I Surabaya. The research was quantitative. The population was 45 permanent employees in the Administration Operation Building of PT. Angkasa Pura I Surabaya. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling (census). All members of the population were the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The result showed that communication had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I. Likewise, motivation had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I. Similarly, work discipline had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I.
