Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of work environment, workload, and motivation on the employees’ performance of PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) at Jemur Andayani, Surabaya. The work environment was measured by the existence of a work facility, safety, atmosphere, and relationship. The workload was measured by physical load, mental and time. The motivation was measured by need for achievement, affiliation, and expertise. The research was quantitative. The population was employees (shipping or packaging) of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) at Jemur Andayani, Surabaya. The data collection technique used saturated sampling. The questionnaire used in data collection. The data analysis technique used multiple regression with SPPS (Statistical Program for Social Science) App. The research concluded that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employees’Performance. Likewise, workload had positive and significant effect on employess’performance. Similarly, motivation had a positive and significant effet on employees’performance of PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) at Jemur Andayani, Surabaya.
