Abstract

important issues within a company. They drive all the company’s operational activities. These employee attitudes
are known as job satisfaction, stress, and frustration caused by work, environment, needs, and so on. This research
aimed to find out and analyze the effect of work motivation, work stress, and work satisfaction on the employees’
performance of PT. Kharisma Sentosa Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was
70 employees of PT. Kharisma Sentosa Surabaya. The data were primary. Moreover, the instrument in the data
collection technique was a questionnaire. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear
regressions. The result showed that: (1) work motivation had a positive effect on the employees’ performance of
PT. Kharisma Sentosa Surabaya; (2) work stress had a positive effect on the employees’ performance of PT.
Kharisma Sentosa Surabaya; and (3) work satisfaction had a positive effect on the employees' performance of PT.
