Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of work discipline, work environment, and work motivation on the employees’ performance at RSUD dr. Mohamad Soewandhie Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was employees of RSUD dr. Mohamad Soewandhie Surabaya. The data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with that, there were 45 respondents as the sample was employees of RSUD dr. Mohamad Soewandhie Surabaya. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. Additionally, the measurement scale used the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the SPSS instrument (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 20 version. The result showed that work discipline had a positive and significant on the employees’ performance at RSUD dr. Mohamad Soewandhie Surabaya. Similarly, work environment had a positive and significant on the employees at RSUD dr. Mohamad Soewandhie Surabaya. Likewise, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the RSUD dr.Mohamad Soewandhie Surabaya.
