PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI, DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU DI SMK “X”

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of organizational culture, organizational support, and
organizational commitment on the teachers’ work motivation at SMK “X”. The research was quantitative. The
population was 44 teachers of SMK “X”. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling.
The instrument in the data collection was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple regression
with SPSS. The result indicated that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on teachers’
work motivation. Likewise, organizational support had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ work
motivation. Similarly, the organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ work
motivation. In suggestions, SMK “X” should improve the organizational culture in terms of creating policies
that tend to benefit teachers and create healthy competition in the work environment. Moreover, the school
should give organizational support, by giving compliments to the teachers who successfully and warn to
undisciplined teachers. In addition, the school needed to be committed in terms of teachers’ negative
consequences related to the difficulty of available job alternatives and teachers feel that their lives would be
disrupted if they decided to stop working at SMK "X".
