Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of work discipline, work environment, and work motivation on the
teachers’ performance of SDN Sidotopo 1/48 Surabaya. The population was all civil servant teachers (PNS) and
non-permanent teachers (GTT) at SDN Sidotopo 1/48 Surabaya. Furthermore, the data collection technique used
a saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. Moreover, the instrument in the
data collection technique used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to all civil servant teachers
(PNS) and non-permanent teachers (GTT) at SDN Sidotopo 1/48 Surabaya. Additionally, the data analysis
technique used multiple linear regression with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Based on the
results of the classic assumption test, the variables of work discipline, work environment and work motivation on
teacher performance are suitable for use. The results of the research state that the work discipline variable has a
positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at SDN Sidotopo 1/48 Surabaya. The work
environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at SDN Sidotopo 1/48. Motivation
has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SDN Sidotopo 1/48. In conclusion, all hypotheses
were proven true.
