PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, NET PROFIT MARGIN, DAN EARNING PER SHARE TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA SUBSEKTOR FARMASI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of the Current raio, Net Prfit Margin, and Earning Per Share on the stock price of Pharmaceutical componies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2021. The research was quantitative. Moreover,the population was Phamaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2021. The data collection technique usesd purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 6 companies as the form of companies’ financial statments. The data analysis technique used multiple linier regressionwith SPSS 26. The result concluded as follows: (1) Current Ratio had a positive and significant effect on stock price. It meant, that the higher the companies’ Current Ratio was, the easier the companies fulfilled their short-term needs wold be ; (2) Net Profit Margin had a significantlym positive effect on stock price. This meant the higher mthe et Profit Margin was, the higher the companies’ performance would be. Thus, the companiesm were able to run well and effectively; and (3) Earning Per Share had a positive but insignificant effect on stock price.
