PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA THE WIN HOTEL SURABAYA

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on the employees’
performance at The Win Hotel Surabaya. The population was all employees of The Win Hotel Surabaya in the
service section. The data were primary. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in
which all members of the population were the sample. In line with that, there were 38 respondents as the sample.
Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed
to respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical
Program for Social Science) 25. Based on the result of the classical assumption test, there was no deviant
variable. The result of the hypothesis test (t) showed that both leadership style and motivation had a significant
effect on employees’ performance at The Win Hotel Surabaya. Likewise, work discipline had a significant effect
on employees’ performance at The Win Hotel Surabaya.
