PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, KOMUNIKASI, DAN TEKNOLOGI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT GHITA AVIA TRANS (GATRANS)

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of work environment, communication, and technology on employees’ work satisfaction at PT Ghita Avia Trans (GATRANS). The independent variables were work environment, communication, and technology. While work satisfaction was the dependent variable. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was all employees of PT Ghita Avia Trans (GATRANS). The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. In line with that, there were 85 employees as the sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The result showed that work environment, communication, and technology had a positive and significant effect on employees’ work satisfaction at PT Ghita Avia Trans (GATRANS). The work environment had a positive and significant. Therefore, the company had to create a work environment that was able to improve and support employees’ performance. Communication had a positive and significant. Thus, the company had to integrate employees’ and managers’ communication; and also among employees in the company. Technology had a positive and significant. This meant the company had to facilitate a system and internet connection that supported employees’ work. Consequently, their work would finish faster.
