PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA J&T EXPRESS SURABAYA

Abstract

This research examined the effect of leadership style, work environment, and work discipline on the employees’ performance at J&T Express Surabaya. The population was all employees who worked at J&T Express Surabaya, a branch of Nginden with 35 people. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all population members were the sample. The data were primary, with questionnaires as the instrument in the data collection technique. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The result of the classical assumption test through normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity showed that all variables did not violate the rule. Additionally. the result of proper model test through F-test and determination coefficient test; the regression model had been properly used. The result of the hypothesis test concluded that leadership style, work environment, and work discipline had a significantly positive effect on employees’ performance.
