PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, FASILITAS KERJA, DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KARYAWAN PT BFI FINANCE TBK AREA SURABAYA KERJA

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of organizational culture, work facility, and training on employees’ work satisfaction in PT. BFI Finance Tbk Area Surabaya. Moreover, the organizational culture was examined by self-awareness, aggressiveness, personality, performance, and team orientation. Work facility was measured by spatial planning, room planning, light scene and color, also supporting elements. Furthermore, training was measured by its objective, material, method, and participants' qualification. While work satisfaction was measured by occupation, wages, promotion, supervisor, and colleagues. The research was quantitative. The population was employees of PT. BFI Finance Tbk Area Surabaya. Additionally, the data collection technique used probability sampling, in which all members of the population had the same opportunities as the sample, with the Slovin formula. In line with that, there were 70 employees as the sample. The sampling technique used simple random sampling, to collect the data from questionnaires. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The result concluded that both organizational culture and training had a positive and significant effect on employees’ work satisfaction. However, the work facility had a positive but insignificant effect on employees’ work satisfaction.
