PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KARAKTERISTIK KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PEKERJA DI KEDAI CAFE YAKINI

Abstract

This research aimed to find out how the effect of leadership styles, work environment, and work characteristics on the employees’ work satisfaction at Yakini Cafe. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling (census). Furthermore, the research population was all employees at Yakini Cafe with the number of respondents being 50 employees. Additionally, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire, which was distributed directly to the employees’ of Yakini Cafe. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions with the instrument of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The research result indicated that leadership styles had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ work satisfaction at Yakini Cafe. Similarly, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ work satisfaction at Yakini Cafe. Likewise, the work characteristic had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ work satisfaction at Yakini Cafe.
