PENGARUH KONFLIK KELUARGA-PEKERJAAN, KONFLIK PEKERJAANKELUARGA, REWARD, DAN PUNISHMENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of conflict of family-work, work-family, reward, and punishment on the
employees’ performance at PT Berkah Industri Mesin Angkat (BIMA). Moreover, the independent variables were the workfamily
conflict, family-work, reward, and punishment. In comparison, employees’ performance was the dependent variable.
The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was employees at PT Berkah Industri Mesin Angkat (BIMA).
The data collection technique used a saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population were the sample.
Additionally, the instrument in the data collection was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the
respondents. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple-linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Program for
Social Science) version 22.0. The result showed that conflict of work-family, and conflict of family-work had a negative and
insignificant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Berkah Industri Mesin Angkat (BIMA). On the other hand, both
reward and punishment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Berkah Industri Mesin
Angkat (BIMA).
