Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of Leadership Style, Discipline, and Motivation
on Employee Performance at CV. Putra Mandiri AC Sidoarjo. This type of research is Quantitative.
The type of data used in this research is primary data. The population used in this study was 50
respondents, because the population was not too large, the researchers used the total population to
be sampled in this study, using a saturated sample, namely a sampling technique in which the
population was used as a sample. The analysis technique used in this study was SPSS version 25.
Based on the results of data processing using multiple linear regression, the results showed that
Leadership Style (GK) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (KK), Discipline
(KD) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (KK). Motivation (M) has a
positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (KK) at CV. Putra Mandiri AC Sidoarjo Sid.
