PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and work satisfaction on employees’ performance at PT Bintang Anugerah Transportindo. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was all employees at PT Bintang Anugerah Transportindo which consisted of 50 people. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The result concluded that both work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at PT Bintang Anugerah Transportindo. Likewise, work satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at PT Bintang Anugerah Transportindo. On the other hand, work discipline had a positive but insignificant effect on employees’ performance at PT Bintang Anugerah Transportindo. There are a few advices that can be stated after the research on PT Bintang Anugerah Transportindo, which are: (1) Maintain reward system and opportunity for the outstanding employees to get job promotion. (2) Maintain employees’ performance based on SOP and make sure that all employees must respect each other. (3) Maintain a harmonious relationship for the best of the company, now and future.
