PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, KOMITMEN, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT SATRIA VAMELY SUKSES SIDOARJO

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of work motivation, commitment, and discipline on employees’ performance. The population was employees of PT. Satria Vamely Sukses.The research was descriptive-quantitative. It aimed to examine whether there was an effect among variables namely work motivation, work commitment, and work discipline as independent variables; also employees’ performance as the dependent variable. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling with 40 respondents as the sample. The instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires that were distributed to the respondents. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The result concluded that (1) work motivation had a significant effect on employees’ performance. The higher the employees’ motivation was, the more effective the work would be, (2) work commitment had an insignificant effect on employees’ performance. The lower the work commitment was, the lower the work quality would be, (3) work discipline had an insignificant effect on employees’ performance. The higher the work discipline was, the better the work quality would be.
