PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA, KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA SERTA DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. SINAR GUNA ENERGI SURABAYA

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of workload, work safety and health, also work discipline on the employees’ performance at PT. Sinar Guna Energi Surabaya. The research was quantitative with a causal-comparative approach. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling (census). The population was all employees who worked at PT. Sinar Guna Energi Surabaya. In line with that, there were 40 respondents of employees as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument was questionnaires that were distributed directly to PT. Sinar Guna Energi Surabaya employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The result concluded that workload positively and significantly affected employees’ performance at PT. Sinar Guna Energi Surabaya. Likewise, work safety and health positively and significantly affected employees’ performance at PT. Sinar Guna Energi Surabaya. Similarly, work discipline positively and significantly affected employees’ performance at PT. Sinar Guna Energi Surabaya.
