PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSETS, NET PROFIT MARGIN, DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin on the stock price of Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2017-2021. The population was Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2017-2021 consisting of 6 companies. Moreover, the data collection technique used a saturated sample, in which the member of the population was the sample. Furthermore, the research was quantitative. The data were secondary, taken from companies’ financial statements. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25. The result of the hypothesis test (t-test) showed that Return On Assets had a negative and insignificant on the stock price of Property and Real Estate companies. However, the Debt to Equity Ratio had a positive but insignificant effect on the stock price of Property and Real Estate companies. In contrast, Net Profit Margin had a positive and significant effect on the stock price of Property and Real Estate companies.
