Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of work environment, work discipline, and work culture on the employees’ performance at PT POS Indonesia, Surabaya Center. The research was causal-comparative with a quantitative approach. Moreover, the population was all employees at the division of SLPK PT. POS Indonesia, Surabaya Center. The data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with that, there were 41 respondents as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26. The result concluded that the work environment had a positive but insignificant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. POS Indonesia, Surabaya Center. However, work discipline positively and significantly affected the employees’ performance at PT. POS Indonesia, Surabaya Center. In contrast, work culture positively and significantly affected the employees’ performance at PT. POS Indonesia, Surabaya Center.
