Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of leadership style, motivation, discipline, compensation and also career development on the employees’ performance at PT. Surya Saritama Surabaya companies. The research was quantitative with the research method sample collection used the saturated sample technique it is a sampling based on the entire population in a company. Furthermore, the research population in this research used all employees at PT. Surya Saritama with 60 employees. The research data collection used a questionnaire distributed to the respondents is a employee at PT Surya Saritama Surabaya. Moreover, the research analysis technique used multiple linear regressions analysis techniques with the instrument of SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution). The research result concluded that the variables of leadership style, motivation, discipline had a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, the result from the variables of compensation and career development had an insignificant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Surya Saritama Surabaya. It can be concluded that are expected to maintain an attitude and be able to provide the best service to employees. So that if the employees feel comfortable working at PT Surya Saritama, the company can achieve its goal of optimally increasing employee performance.
