Abstract

This research aimed to observe, analyze, and examine the effect of Reward, Punishment, and Motivation on Employees’ Performance at PT. Sumber Tehnik Nusantara Sidoarjo. The research was descriptive-quantitative. Moreover, the population was employees of PT. Sumber Tehnik Nusantara Sidoarjo consisting of 50 people.The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population was the sample. In line with that there were 50 respondents as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument of data collection technique used questionnaires. The questionnaires were disctributed to the respondents. While the research data sources were primary data, which were taken through questionnaires and secondary data that is taken through the company website at PT Sumber Teknik Nusantara Sidoarjo. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 20. The Classical assumption test showed that there was on deviated variable. while hypothesis test concluded that Reward, Punishment, and Motivation had a significant positive effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Sumber Tehnik Nusantara Sidoarjo.
