Abstract

PT Sarana Surya Sakti, is one of the large manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The company focuses its completion activities on the production of steel pipes and band eyser, but this company only produces semi-finished goods not finished goods. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. work ethic on employee performance and work discipline on employee performance at PT Sarana Surya Sakti Surabaya. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sarana Surya Sakti. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. In this study using primary data sources, namely data that comes directly from employees of PT. Solar Sakti Facility. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Sarana Surya Sakti as many as 40 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Surya Sakti Surabaya, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Surya Sakti Surabaya, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Surya Sakti Surabaya.
