PENGARUH MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PT USAHA YEKAPEPE SURABAYA

Abstract

Good human resource management will affect a company's development. As the company has good quality
human resources, the main objective will be achieved. This research aimed to find out the effect of motivation,
work discipline, and work experience on employees’ performance at PT. Usaha Yekapepe Surabaya. The research
was quantitative. The data were primary with questionnaires as the instrument in the data collection technique.
Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling with 40 respondents of employees at PT. Usaha
Yekapepe Surabaya, in a sample. The independent variables were discipline, motivation, and work experience.
While the dependent variable was employees’ performance. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used
multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The result concluded that from t-test, it showed both work discipline
and experience had a significantly positive effect on employees’ performance at PT. Usaha Yekapepe Surabaya.
However, motivation had an insignificant effect on employees’ performance at PT. Usaha Yekapepe Surabaya.
