PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA, MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT DINAMIKA GLOBAL NUSANTARA

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of workload, motivation, and work environment on the employees’ performance at PT Dinamika Global Nusantara. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was all employees of PT Dinamika Global Nusantara. The data collection technique used saturated sampling (census). In line with that, there were 35 respondents as the sample. Furthermore, the data were primary with questionnaires as the instrument of the data collection technique. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 23.The result of the classical assumption test which consisted of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests showed that all variables had fulfilled the criteria given. While the result of the F-test and determination coefficient showed that the regression model was properly used. In addition, the result of the hypothesis test concluded that workload, motivation, and work environment had a positive significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Dinamika Global Nusantara.
