Abstract

In the era of science, technology develops rapidly and has a huge effect on improvement and business development. Both science and technology are a combination that creates value. This sustainable process can apply or produce certain products, which are hard to differentiate from the extended product. This research aimed to analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the employees’ performance at PT. Susanto Megah Surabaya. Moreover, the population was employees of PT. Susanti Megah Surabaya. Research data from the HRD (Human Resource Development) division of PT. Susanti Megah Surabaya population in this study are employees of PT.Susanti Megah Surabaya population in The research was quantitative. The data collection technique used Proportional random sampling technique, is a sampling technique in which all members have the same opportunity to be included in the sample according to the proportion of each member or item from the sample population is not the same. In line with that, there were 75 respondents of the 300 existing employees . Furthermore, the instrument of the data collection technique used questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 29. The result concluded that both work motivation and work discipline had a significant effect on employees’ performance.
