Abstract

Employee performance is a good job achievement and quality gained for employees in carrying out their responsibilities based on the company obligations. This research aimed to find out the effect of work environment, work satisfaction, and work discipline on the employees’ performance at PT Gradial Perdana Perkasa Surabaya.
The research was quantitative. Moreover, the research was primary. The population was employees who worked at PT Gradial Perdana Perkasa Surabaya consisting of 93 people. Furthermore, there were 89 respondents as the sample. The data collection technique used proportional random sampling. In line with that, the instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents of employees at PT Gradial Perdana Perkasa Surabaya. Additionally, the measurement scale used a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions. The result showed that both work environment and work satisfaction had an insignificant effect on the employees’ performance. However, work discipline had a positive effect on the employees’ performance.
