Abstract

This research aimed to find out how much the effect of work environment, motivation, and work discipline on the employees’ work satisfaction at PT. RahayuPerdana Trans Surabaya. This type of research is a comparative causal research using quantitative research methods and sampling techniques using saturated sampling techniques. The population of employees of PT. Rahayu Perdana Trans Surabaya, with 48 employees as respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is distributed directly to employees of PT. First Rahayu Trans Surabaya. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistics Product and Service Solition) tools. The result showed that the work environment had a positive and significanteffect on the employees’ work satisfaction at PT. Rahayu Perdana Trans Surabaya,.Likewise, motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ work satisfaction at PT. Rahayu Perdana Trans Surabaya. Similarly, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ work satisfaction at PT. RahayuPerdana Trans Surabaya.
