PENGARUH SELF EFFICACY, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI

Abstract

Human resource is an essential part and has to be owned in order to achieve organizational or company objective. The role of it becomes key to success for activities that are applied within an organization. This research aimed to examine empirically the effect of Self-Efficacy, work environment, and organizational commitment on the employees’ work achievement at Livestock service, Jombang Sub-district. The research was descriptive-quantitative with simple random sampling as the data collection technique using Slovin formula. Moreover, the population was employees of Livestock service, Jombang Sub-district. In line with that, there were 56 employees as the sample respondent. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires which were given directly to the respondent. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The result concluded that self-efficacy had a significantly positive effect on the employees’ work achievement at Livestock service, Jombang Sub-district. Likewise, the work environment had a significantly positive effect on the employees’ work achievement at Livestock service, Jombang Sub-district. Similarly, organizational commitment had a significantly positive effect on the employees’ work achievement at Livestock service, Jombang Sub-district.
