PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMPETENSI, DAN SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP KEPUASAAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT BANK PAN

Abstract

Human resource is one of the resources which has an essential role in the success of the organization's objective achievement. Labour has a big potency in running the company's activities. Every potency in human resources within companies has to be taken for granted in a good way. PT. Bank Panin Indonesia Tbk through its development has become one of the biggest commercial banks in Indonesia. Panin Bank has wider networking in Indonesia. Moreover, the bank is able to get through the period of uncertainty and economic crisis. This research aimed to examine the effect of motivation, competence, and self-efficacy on employees’ work satisfaction. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was employees at PT. Bank Panin Indonesia Tbk consisted of 75 samples. The data analysis technique used multiple linear with SPSS. The result concluded that motivation had an insignificant effect on employees’ work satisfaction. On the other hand, both competence and self-efficacy had a significant effect on employees’ work satisfaction.
