Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and work motivation on the employees’ performance at Setia Bhakti Wanita Surabaya’s cooperation. The objectives were as follows: 1) to find out the effect of organizational culture on employees’ performance, 2) to find out the effect of organizational commitment, and 3) to find out the effect of work motivation on employees’ performance. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was employees who worked at Setia Bhakti Wanita Surabaya’s cooperation, consisting of 75 people. The data collection technique used saturated sampling. Furthermore, the instrument used questionnaires. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The result, from the t-test, showed that organizational culture had a significantly positive effect on employees’ performance. Similarly, the organizational commitment had a significantly positive effect on employees’ performance. Likewise, work motivation had a significantly positive effect on employees’ performance at Setia Bhakti Wanita Surabaya’s cooperation.
