Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of work discipline, workers' compensation, and work motivation on the
employees’ productivity at CV. Tri Jaya Teknik Surabaya. The research was causal-comparative causal.
Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with that, there were 35 employees who
conducted the maintenance activity as the sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear
regression. The research result concluded that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employees’
productivity. It meant employees who had a high level of discipline would reflect good performance as employees
really appreciated the company. Likewise, workers’ compensation had a positive and significant effect on the
employees’ productivity. This meant compensation given by the company to its employees for the provision of
services provided by employees in order to achieve the company’s goals in the form of incentives, salaries,
bonuses, or benefits. Similarly, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’
productivity. In other words, motivation should be given within the time limit as often as possible. Therefore the
employees would have positive energy every day in completing work.
