PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT PRANA ARGENTUM CORPORATION

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation, and work motivation on the employees’ performance at PT Prana Argentum Corporation. The research was quantitative. Morever, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. Furthermore, the research population used employees at PT Prana Argentum Corporation with 50 employees as respondents. Futhermore, the instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires, which were distributed to the employees’at PT Prana Argentum Corporation. The data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS. The result indicated that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Prana Argentum. Likewise, compensation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Prana Argentum Corporation. Similarly, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Prana Argentum Corporation. The result indicated that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Prana Argentum. Likewise, compensation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Prana Argentum Corporation. Similarly, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Prana Argentum Corporation
