PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, BUDAYA KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT ODIFA JELAJAH DUNIA

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of work motivation, work culture, , and work environment on the employees’ performance at PT Odifa Jelajah Dunia. The data were primary, with questionnaires as the instrument in the data collection technique. Moreover, the research was quantitative. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population, i.e. employees of PT Odifa Jelajah Dunia were the sample. In line with that, there were 46 respondents as the sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26. The result concluded that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at PT Odifa Jelajah Dunia. Likewise, the work culture had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at PT Odifa Jelajah Dunia. Similarly, work environment had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at PT Odifa Jelajah Dunia.
