Abstract

A serious challenge which is faced by management is achieving companies’ objectives and sustainabilities; which are mostly affected by the quality of human resources within the companies. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of leadership style, work discipline, and motivation on the employees’ performance at PT. Sangkar Andika Perkasa Surabaya. Moreover, the population was all employees at PT. Sangkar Andika Perkasa Surabaya consisting of 40 people. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. As the population was limited, all members of the population became the sample. The research was causal-comparative. Additionally, the data were primary with questionnaires as the instrument in the data collection technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. In addition, the result concluded that leadership style, work discipline, and motivation had a significant effect on employees’ performance at PT. Sangkar Andika Perkasa Surabaya. While the result of the determination coefficient showed that leadership style, work discipline, and motivation affected employees’ performance by about 59.7%, and the rest by 40.3% were affected by other factors.
