Abstract

Employee loyalty is of central importance in maintaining the consistency of the company's operations. The phenomenon of employee turnover, especially at staff level positions, makes companies have to find ways to foster employee loyalty (Nitisemito, 2015). The turn over phenomenon is what most companies fear most when the company is still in development or expansion, this is natural because the company's performance will be unstable along with employee turnover. The fast turnover of employees is not only a burden to the personnel division, especially to find replacements that match the required criteria. One company that is growing rapidly is PT. Enseval Putra Megatrading, Tbk, progressive growth is of course in line with the large number of employee turnover. PT. Enseval Putra Megatrading, Tbk is a multinational company that distributes various kinds of pharmaceutical distribution. This research was conducted to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation and work environment on employee loyalty. This research is a quantitative type of research with a questionnaire as a measuring tool. Based on the results of research analysis on 100 employees of PT. Enseval Putra Megatrading Tbk, the influence of leadership style, compensation and work environment variables on employee loyalty is 50.8%.
