PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LEVERAGE, DAN UKURAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, and firm size on the stock price of the Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used a saturated sampling i.e., a research sample determination technique with all the population used as the sample. In line with that, there were 12 Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. Additionally, the data were taken during 5 years (2017-2021). In total, there were 60 data. However, there were 8 data outliers, so 52 data were analyzed. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25 version. The result showed that profitability had a positive and significant effect on the stock price of the Property and Real Estate companies. On the other hand, leverage had a negative and significant effect on the stock price. In contrast, the firm size variable had a positive but insignificant effect on the stock price of the Property and Real Estate companies.
